This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Gann Master Trading collects, why we collect it, how we use it and what rights you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we never collect

We do not receive or store your card number, expiry date, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Those are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout and never reach our servers.

• To grant, maintain and withdraw access to the indicators you have paid for
• To send you transactional messages — payment confirmation, access details, renewal reminders
• To answer your support questions
• To keep accurate business and tax records as required by Indian law

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build profiles of your trading activity — we have no visibility into your trades, positions or account balances at any broker.

4. Who else sees your data

• Razorpay — our payment processor, who handles the transaction and holds the payment instrument details we never see. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to that data.
• TradingView — we submit your TradingView username to grant invite-only access. No other personal information is shared with them.
• Our hosting provider — who stores our website and application data on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

5. How long we keep it

Subscription and payment records are retained for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law, currently eight years from the end of the relevant financial year. Support correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for resolving your query.

6. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Payment verification is performed server-side using cryptographic signature checks, and our payment credentials are held as environment secrets rather than in any file the browser can reach. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously and design for it deliberately.

7. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party components we embed — such as Google Fonts, TradingView chart widgets and the Razorpay checkout — may set cookies of their own, governed by their respective privacy policies.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is inaccurate
• Delete your information, where we are not legally required to retain it
• Stop sending you non-essential communications

Write to hello@gannmaster.in and we will respond within 30 days. Please note that deleting your information will end any active subscription, since your TradingView username is what the subscription is attached to.

9. Children

Our products are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

Any update to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date above.
